Request refund

Refunds are issued for Ultima and VIP upgrades if cancelled within 24 hours of initial purchase. Refunds request for advertising products and services must be within 12 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.Cancelling advertisements after 12 hours but within 48 hours will result in 50% of the refund being issued. Upgrades purchased through a third-party, such as the Wix App Market, are exempt from this policy. Refunds for upgrades purchased through a third-party cannot be issued by POWR. The Terms of Service are displayed in the checkout process, and anyone purchasing an upgrade must agree to the terms before being able to buy a POWR upgrade.
