For property owners SANGAU provides property management services for your apartment/villa with or without rent management (BASIC / PREMIUM Plans). For rented property, you sign the rent agreement directly with the Tenant. Complete transparency is maintained in communication and financial transaction between Tenant and Owner. Security deposit is paid to you by tenant and we assure timely rent payments.
