Take care of your diet. Try to include saltwater fish, nuts, fresh fruits, and vegetables in your diet. Do not overeat or starve.

Take vitamins A, E, and omega а 3. The dosage should be checked with your doctor.

Use scrubs once or twice a week. Choose a quality scrub from a specialized skincare line. Such SPA procedures will give the skin a healthy look and improve your mood.
